Great location and friendly staff
I had a fantastic stay with the perfect location, just a short walk from the arena and train station. The staff were incredibly warm and made me feel welcome throughout my time there. My room was spacious and clean, which was exactly what I needed. I did find the lounge seating to be a bit uncomfortable for relaxing.

Consider asking for a room with a lower floor if accessibility is a concern. it simplifies moving around the hotel and nearby attractions.

The inconvenience of no daily room servicing left us with wet towels and an unfinished trash bin. However, the staff's warm interactions truly enhanced our overall experience.

The room temperature felt stifling without any air conditioning or fan, which made it uncomfortable at times. I found the bathroom situation a bit alarming—definitely not cleaned to the standard I expected, with hairs lingering. the breakfast tables lacked proper utensils, leading to a frustrating morning experience. On top of that, be wary of misleading parking advice. my entire parking fee turned out to be a hassle when trying to claim a discount. not the flawless stay I aimed for.

Great staff and comfy beds!
Had a solid stay. The concierge was super nice and really helpful. Our room was basic but comfy, and the bedding was fresh. The bar area was nice too, with plenty of drink choices. Only thing was the breakfast pricing confusion—it felt a bit off not being told right away. Otherwise, it was a nice spot to crash after the concert!

The staff were very approachable and attentive, especially during busy check-in times. The proximity to the railway station and the Tyne offered great convenience for exploring the area.
The room amenities did not meet my expectations for comfort and convenience.
